Website service terms

These terms are the agreement between Blue Collar Web Crew, a trade name of AIKitchenUSA LLC ("we", "us") and the business that signs up for a plan ("you"). You accept them by checking "I agree to the terms" at online checkout. Your checkout receipt records your plan, the date and the amount paid.

1. The work

We design, build and launch a website for your business under the plan you choose at checkout, on your domain.

2. Price and payment

All payments are made online by card through Stripe.

• Monthly plans (Get Found, Get Calls, Full Crew): a one-time $250 setup fee is charged at checkout, before work starts. Your monthly fee starts on the day your site goes live and is charged on the same day each month after that. There is no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime from the billing link in any receipt, effective at the end of the current paid month. There is no cancellation fee. The setup fee is non-refundable once work has started.
• Own It ($997 one-time, no setup fee): 50% ($498.50) is charged at checkout, before work starts. The other 50% is invoiced by email at launch and is due within 7 days.
• Care add-on (Own It clients only): $49 per month, cancel anytime.
• Google Ads management: included in Full Crew. On other plans it's optional, at 15% of your monthly ad spend, minimum $150 per month. Ad spend is always paid by you directly to Google, on your own card and ad account.
• Domain: registration is about $11 per year. You register the domain in your own name, or we register it for you and pass the cost through at no markup.

3. Timeline

We deliver a first version within 5 business days of receiving your content. You get up to two rounds of revisions before launch.

4. Your content

You confirm that you own or have permission to use the logos, photos, reviews and text you give us. You are responsible for the accuracy of the license numbers, prices and claims shown on your site.

5. You own it

• You own your domain, your content and your site design from day one, on every plan.
• If you cancel a monthly plan, we will, on request and within 10 business days, hand over your site files and move your site and domain to an account in your name, at no charge.
• Own It sites are delivered in a hosting account in your name.
• We may show your finished site in our portfolio unless you tell us no in writing.

6. What each plan covers

• Get Found: website build, hosting, security and updates, one-tap calling, a lead form with instant alerts to you and auto-replies to your customers, and unlimited small changes.
• Get Calls: everything in Get Found, plus a quick-quote calculator, online booking into your Jobber or Housecall Pro account, a daily lead summary, one-tap review requests, one new service-area page per month, Google Business Profile updates and a monthly results report.
• Full Crew: everything in Get Calls, plus seasonal reminder emails to past customers, missed-call text-back, organization of your domain, business email, listings and logins, and Google Ads management.
• Care add-on: hosting checks, fixes, form monitoring and small changes.
• "Small changes" means updates like text, photos, hours, prices or adding a service. New pages or features beyond your plan are quoted, and you approve them before work starts.

7. Limits

Search rankings, leads and revenue depend on factors outside our control, and we make no commitment to any specific result. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 3 months.

8. Ending the agreement

Either of us may end this agreement in writing at any time. Service runs through the end of the month already paid for. Section 5 (handover) continues after the agreement ends.

Plans

• Get Found: $99/month + $250 one-time setup
• Get Calls: $199/month + $250 one-time setup
• Full Crew: $399/month + $250 one-time setup
• Own It: $997 one-time, no setup fee (50% at checkout, 50% at launch)
• Care add-on (Own It only): $49/month
• Google Ads management (Get Found or Get Calls): 15% of ad spend, $150/month minimum
